Overview:

We are currently seeking a Business Support Analyst to join the Centralized Operations Administration department. This position will be reporting to the Business Support Manager; as an integral member of the team, this associate will be part of an existing team that supports all special projects relating to all Centralized Operations. This individual will be responsible for creation of presentations, writing procedures, job aids, communications as well as engagement with management and various key operational teams and leaders. The goal is for the associate to assist the Business Support Manager and retain and comprehend content to therefore train staff within the various departments within Centralized Operations.



Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Centralized Operations department Managers to write and edit standard operating procedures and/or create customized presentations, training materials, etc.
  • Reviews, proofreads, and checks qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy.
  • Plan, prepare and facilitate training sessions (both in-person & virtual), conference calls and meeting presentations as well as communications for the departments.
  • Maintain the inventory and maintenance of standard operating procedures, presentations, and training.
  • Stay abreast of banking operations, trends, and regulatory changes that could impact the division.
  • Multi-tasking and ability to handle high volume of requests/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with testing and setting up of process controls tied to the banks core and ancillary deposit applications. Track system issues to identify root cause and confirm issue resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with branch operations policies and procedures.
  • Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project);
  • Project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Comfortable with rapid pace and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.


Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $67,000.00/Yr. - USD $85,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
