JOB DESCRIPTION: • Minimum 8 years of Experience as BA • The associate would be working as a Business Analyst • Coordinate with client's core business and IT teams • Capture and manage customer requirements from ideation to production as per the scope of work • Resolving domain or requirement-related queries • Prepare process documents to meet customer requirements • Discussion with onsite and offshore counterparts for clarification of requirements • Conduct a walkthrough session for the Development and QA team on customer requirements • Good communication - Both written and oral"
