As a Business Analyst specializing in Power BI, you will play a key role in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making for our clients. Leveraging your proficiency in Power BI, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and create intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analytics projects. Develop and maintain data models, transformations, and calculations within Power BI to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. Design visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI that effectively communicate key performance indicators and trends. Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across data sources. Necessary Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard design, and report development. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and actionable insights. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
