Salary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our company's daily operations, including basic accounting tasks, purchasing, and various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic Accounting Tasks: Handle daily accounting functions such as preparing invoices, processing deposits, and maintaining financial records.
- Purchasing: Manage purchasing activities including vendor communication, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and managing daily administrative tasks. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Executive Assistance: Provide direct support to the President, including managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing for meetings.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records for all transactions and activities.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with exposure to accounting functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Minimum education: High school diploma required; further education or certification in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
