RemX is hiring: Administrative Coordinator in San Diego

RemX is seeking a Administrative Coordinator for check processing in San Diego, CA! 
Monday-Friday 9-5

Responsibilities:

• Collect and sort bulk mail, log priority mail, open/sort payments. 
• Manage Check Desk includes communication and distribution of checks for pick up/drop off. 
• Batching, scanning, data entry of payment batches. 
• Perform multiple rounds of quality control for payment batches. 
• Initiate and build image file for bank deposit, ensure successful delivery, and confirm totals. 
• Maintain and destroy archived deposits per Banking Regulations.  
• Escalating issues with regards to support needs and troubleshooting. 
• Recurring ACH file maintenance
• Prepare Fedex, including overnight mail, refund checks, and manual bank deposits. 
• Provide check copies for internal/external audits and general Servicing requests. 
• Scan and manage all documents related to Cashiering
• Ensure department office supplies are properly stocked  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Prior general administrative support experience is a plus. 
• Capable of working in high risk, high security environment. 
• Basic math skills required. 
• Highly organized and detail oriented. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
