If you are interested in this opportunity, online and email your resume to Jared.Glenn@RandstadUSA.com salary: $23 - $23.01 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Ensure adherence to safety regulations in both office and warehouse environments, Monitor equipment maintenance and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, Document employee training and certifications and lead monthly safety meetings, Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and quality assurance, Implement process improvements to enhance service quality, Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, Lead by example in following safety protocols and warehouse policies, Provide coaching and feedback to employees to ensure compliance with safety procedures, Manage employee training and performance evaluations, Communicate effectively with warehouse management, shift leads, and company drivers, The essential functions of this role include: wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week Skills Operations Warehouse Leadership (2 years of experience is required) Lifting Safety Inspecting Inventory Qualifications Years of experience: 4 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
