We are currently looking for a new Warehouse Supervisor in the Chambersburg, Pa area. This position will be a first shift position and will be supervising 4-5 others. You will be in charge of running the warehouse operations daily as well as making sure all deliveries get out timely. If you are interested please call 717-263-6833 salary: $55,000 - $58,000 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Schedule all delivery appointments Assigns workers to specific duties, such as verifying amounts of and storing incoming merchandise and assembling customer orders for delivery. Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory. Ensures the shipping and warehouse are kept clean and organized. Studies loading schedules and estimates worker hour's requirements for completion of job assignment. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Recommends measures to improve methods to increase efficiency of department. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
