Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of project estimation, ensuring accuracy across all 16 divisions.
- Oversee and guide a team of Managing, Trade, and Project Estimators.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating Director to develop strategies and meet project goals.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive bid proposals.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Profile
- 8+ years in estimation, with comprehensive knowledge across all 16 construction divisions.
- Proven experience with projects in Municipal, Education, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Office, and Retail sectors (both Public and Private).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in estimation software and construction management tools.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
