Our client seeks a Senior Estimator with 8+ years of experience to lead project estimation across 16 divisions in sectors like Municipal, Education, Multi-Family, Healthcare, and Retail. This in-office role, based in Delray Beach and Bonita Springs, involves managing a team of estimators and reporting to the Estimating Director.

Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of project estimation, ensuring accuracy across all 16 divisions.
• Oversee and guide a team of Managing, Trade, and Project Estimators.
• Collaborate closely with the Estimating Director to develop strategies and meet project goals.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive bid proposals.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Profile

• 8+ years in estimation, with comprehensive knowledge across all 16 construction divisions.
• Proven experience with projects in Municipal, Education, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Office, and Retail sectors (both Public and Private).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in estimation software and construction management tools.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
