We are seeking a Project Estimator to oversee trade estimations, focusing on structure and MEPFP systems, while managing Trade Estimators in Delray Beach and Bonita Springs. This in-office role involves delivering accurate estimates across public and private sector projects, reporting to the Senior Estimator and Estimating Director.

Description
- Oversee and guide Trade Estimators in preparing detailed cost estimates.
- Focus on structural and MEPFP systems within diverse projects.
- Collaborate with the Senior Estimator and Estimating Director to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and review accurate trade estimates for projects in Municipal, Education, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Office, and Retail sectors.
- Ensure all estimates align with project specifications and budget constraints.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in trade estimating, with a focus on structure and MEPFP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction estimation software.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring Trade Estimators.
- Demonstrated ability to work on public and private sector projects across various industries.
