Pay Rate: $23.15 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
  • Safety Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate, maintain, and optimize production equipment, addressing alarms and conducting repairs to achieve zero losses.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform product quality checks, communicate issues, and adjust equipment settings to meet specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team, support colleague training, and contribute to process improvements using TPM and FI tools.
  • Process Reporting: Accurately document production data, assist with material handling tasks, and maintain AM area boards.
  • Flexibility and Decision-Making: Adapt to shifting priorities, follow procedures, and ensure readiness for varying shifts and operational needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Strong focus on safety, teamwork, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in multitasking, basic mathematics, and effective communication in English.
  • Skilled in basic computer operations and software like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SAP, Ignition, and MII systems.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED; manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Flexible to rotating shifts, mandatory overtime, and capable of working 12-hour shifts in industrial conditions with PPE.
  • Physically able to handle repetitive movements, extreme environments, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs; must be at least 18 and drug-free.
