Compensation and Benefits:
• Pay: $41.06/hour, plus a $2.20 shift differential
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Retirement: 401(k) with a 50% match up to 6%
• Time Off: 2 weeks of vacation and 11 paid holidays
• Annual Bonus: $1,000

What You’ll Do Each Day:
• Maintain and record essential logs and documentation.
• Operate power tools and assist in cross-functional maintenance tasks.
• Perform maintenance duties, occasionally working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Operate forklifts, man lifts, cherry pickers, and other industrial equipment.
• Install and maintain security and fire safety systems.
• Manage and install electrical power systems, control wiring, and new control panels.
• Understand and implement Ethernet communications for facility operations.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience:
• Graduate of an Electrical Technical School or Trade/Military equivalent.
• At least 5 years of trade experience in electrical systems.
• Possess a current State of Connecticut E2 License or higher.
Special Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution and Lighting Circuits, with voltage ratings up to 500 DC and 13,800 AC.
• Comprehensive understanding of the National Electrical Code (N.E.C.), including wire sizing, fusing, lock-out/tag-out procedures, grounding, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with relay control circuits, including AC and DC; Servo drive experience is a plus.
• Effective communicator, skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekend work, and the ability to be on-call for emergencies.
