Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $27-$30/hour

What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Electrician? You’ll be:
• Performing electrical repair and maintenance tasks to support site maintenance and services
• Testing electrical components of safety systems and following Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules
• Installing and repairing electrical systems and components of industrial machinery and equipment
• Inspecting and testing fire protection procedures in accordance with industry standards
• Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions in electrical apparatus
• Collaborating with other trades and assisting in bringing failed equipment back online
• Assisting with other electrical duties as requested by senior electricians and/or the Electrical Work Group Leader

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Hold a Virginia State Journeyman’s card (preferred)
• Have 5+ years of experience performing maintenance mechanical tasks
• Are able to work independently or in work groups
• Have basic computer skills and familiarity with BAS operating systems
• Are able to operate a forklift
