Corporate Paralegal

Growing global chemical manufacturer is looking for a Paralegal. This position will be supporting their indirect procurement and legal teams on general contracts. You would actively participate in a team environment to review and evaluate legal issues and demonstrate sound management of assigned matters.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Paralegal Certificate
  • 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or equivalent with supporting contracts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks quickly, accurately and efficiently and have excellent organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent skills at various PC and internet based applications; Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
