The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, & communicating with Superintendents to ensure quality, budget, & time frame meet the clients standards.

Description
- Create and manage the project budget, ensuring accurate assignment of cost codes.
- Develop and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Review project RFIs and provide the architect with recommended options.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule, overseeing all change requests.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading subcontractor project meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among subcontractors.
- Support business development by maintaining positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quality standards and enforce the project safety plan.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables.
- Oversee the buy-out process and manage project closeout procedures.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time
- Multifamily project experience
- Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
- Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
