Description
The Construction Lead Estimator will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Chief Estimator
- Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
- Generating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimates
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
- Attend meetings and contribute to presentations
Profile
The Construction Senior Estimator will possess:
- 10+ years experience
- BIM/VDC, P6, procore software experience is required
- Calculating the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. This involves detailed analysis and the use of estimation software and tools
- Engaging in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to finalize terms and pricing
- Assessing bids and proposals from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they are competitive and meet project requirements
- Overseeing and mentoring junior estimators and other team members involved in the estimating process
Job Offer
The Construction Senior Estimator will receive:
- Compensation up to $175,000
- Annual Performance Based Bonus
