Supply Chain and Logistics Manager
Who:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with 3-10 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably with strong manufacturing or fabrication experience. The ideal candidate will have proven management skills, exceptional purchasing and negotiation abilities, and a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.
What:
The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager will oversee the supply chain operations including BOM procurement, logistics, and inventory management. This role includes managing a team, overseeing vendor relationships, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and analyzing key performance indicators. You will manage relationships with vendors, 3PL providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
When:
This is a full-time position, available for immediate hire. The schedule includes 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional night shifts or weekend work as needed.

Office Environment:

Position Overview: The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager will supervise a team of five direct reports, manage logistics for inbound/outbound freight, maintain vendor relationships, and coordinate with internal teams. Responsibilities include inventory management, KPI analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of 5 in supply chain operations.
- Oversee logistics for freight and trucking.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators.
- Oversee inventory operations, stock management, and records.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of supply chain or purchasing experience.
- Strong skills in management, negotiation, and inventory systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of HR, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs, and stand/walk for long periods if needed.
