Description

  • Oversee all on-site structural work for multifamily residential projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes.
  • Manage daily construction activities, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper coordination and sequencing of structural trades, including concrete formwork, rebar placement, and pours.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and labor usage.

Profile

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in structural work, preferably on multifamily projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of concrete shell construction methods, reading blueprints, and managing structural trades.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead on-site teams, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in troubleshooting construction challenges and maintaining project momentum.
  • Certifications: OSHA safety certification and familiarity with Florida Building Code are highly desirable.
