  • Hybrid Work Model; Monday – Wednesday in office, Thursday – Friday Remote
  • Pay rate is competitive at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience
  • Great Schedule; 8:30am-5pm during training, 9:30am-6pm hours after training is complete, Monday – Friday

What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Specialist? You’ll be: 
  • Promptly and professionally respond to all inbound customer calls and inquiries
  • Processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments with new product launches
  • Managing customer returns including product pickup and reimbursements
  • Working directly with Logistics to track and expedite orders

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 
  • Have 2 years experience working in a professional service related industry
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role and knowledge of SAP or other inventory management systems
  • Are capable of working in a fast-paced environment, navigating through multiple systems and multitasking
  • Have strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills
