Job Title: Production Administrative Assistant Job Description The Production Administrative Assistant will work closely with other production employees to complete the day-to-day and administrative tasks of the Production Department. Job Duties: Release sales order job orders once approved by the Sales & Production Department Release internal job orders once approved by Production Department Organize sales order packets and job travelers based on work centers Enter shipment data into Shippers and ship sales orders Proof and close completed job orders Upload shipment pictures into Docstar Upload completed orders into the accounting folder Review customer sales orders and purchase orders in Docstar weekly for accuracy Coordinate cycle counting once issued by Production Department Deduct weekly scrap once received by Production Department Review weekly UPS and FedEx Bills for variances Hard Skills Experience with data entry / administrative within manufacturing Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Experience with Made2Manage ERP system is a big plus Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania.
