Administrative Assistant 3 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant 3 to join our team. This role will involve performing a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, processing business expenses, coordinating meetings and events, managing department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. The successful candidate will also manage the procurement of goods and services, provide general office support, serve as the department/group contact, and complete special projects as assigned. Hard Skills Minimum 4+ years experience in an administrative role Minimum 1 year of experience working at the company as an Administrative Assistant Minimum 3+ years experience with Outlook Calendar support Soft Skills Proactive attitude Strong communication style High quality of work Responsiveness Job Type This is a contract position Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Redmond, Washington and some days remote.
