Job Description One of our largest technology clients is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2/Business Administrator to join their team In this position, you will be working with a few teams and providing scheduling assistance to one or two Partner Directors in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have great attention to detail, strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong ability to work within a matrix of responsibility. Role is hybrid, on-site 4 days per week Skills Minimum 3+ years experience with Outlook Calendar support Minimum 2+ years experience supporting a team Minimum 2 years experience assisting with new hire onboarding Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical thinking Strong organizational skills Willingness to collaborate and be a team player Ability to quickly diagnose operational data and act on decisions Flexibility and ability to pivot as needed Proficiency with Microsoft software suite including Office and Outlook BA preferred We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
