Administrative Assistant 2
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a VP-level leader. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel planning, event coordination, and general team support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
+ Provide direct administrative support to a VP-level leader through calendar management, travel planning, and expense processing.
+ Coordinate and support team activities, including communication via email and Teams chat.
+ Provide general onsite support, including setting up desks, shipping equipment to new hires, and assisting with event planning.
+ Communicate consistently with team members and external business partners.
+ Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.
+ Support the coordination of meetings and events, both internal and external.
+ Assist with personnel and facility operations as needed.
+ Complete special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support with strong business acumen.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in communicating with executives.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in space management and coordination.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
+ Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience with internal tools and advanced Excel skills.
+ Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple projects and requests.
+ Experience supporting mid-sized to large teams.
Work Environment
This role requires the candidate to work onsite 5 days a week at our Redmond, WA office. The typical work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
