Job Title: Production Administrative Assistant Job Description Control all Press Room documents Track and report on data entry errors Ensure Policies and Procedures are followed with accurate data entry Update Policy and Procedures as needed with the appropriate documents Review notes provided and make changes to set-up sheets as needed Follow up on Web Maps Review Start Up Web Maps Create and alter electronic production documents with IT as needed Implement and train on documents Other duties may be assigned Qualifications 1+ year of SharePoint experience (ideally from a manufacturing company) Administrative / Office Coordinator / Data Entry experience Manufacturing experience (is a plus) Job Type This is a long-term Contract-to-Hire position Work Site This is a fully on-site position in HARVARD, Illinois.
