Medical Administrative Assistant Remote with Restrictions Why this company? Aston Carter is hiring for a remote role with restrictions This position is a medical administrative assistant role that will be mainly processing data for medical information. Details: Location: Remote, must be local to Frederick, MD 100% Remote Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm 6-month contract (potential for extensions) Necessary Skills 1+ year of administrative assistant experience. 1+ year of medical terminology experience is a plus (knowledge of basic medical conditions related to persons health history). Microsoft Office Suite knowledge. Ability to use Microsoft Teams. Ability to use Dual Monitors (will need to be comfortable navigating through multiple screens at a time) . A day in the role After a medical interview is conducted from the interviewer side you will review the application to make sure data is correct and correlates what's in system. Putting together a case to be escalated for review. Use different platforms to perform data entry tasks. Ensure information accuracy and add notes where needed for proper processing.
