General Ledger Accountants Key *****
Prepare monthly journal entries, accounting analyses, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as part of the General Ledger Accountant role.
Develop audit schedules and collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
Perform currency revaluations on outstanding foreign balances across corporate entities.
Review intercompany balance sheets and profit & loss reports to investigate and resolve discrepancies by month-end.
Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting by working effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues, domestically and internationally.
Assist in streamlining and optimizing existing processes for improved efficiency in General Ledger Accountant duties.
Monitor and maintain compliance with established guidelines for assigned accounting areas.
Serve as a resource and point of contact for colleagues in various locations, providing guidance and assistance as a General Ledger Accountant.
Support additional accounting projects as needed.
Preferred qualifications of the General Ledger *****
Bachelors degree in a related field
3-5 years of relatable work experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience with OneStream is highly preferred
Advanced analytical skills
