Expense Management: Ensure accurate accrual accounting for tenant-related expenses.
Portfolio Support: Partner closely with Asset Managers to provide insights and support for assigned portfolios.
Resource to Third-Party Accountants: Offer guidance on accounting policies, cash collections, budget prep, intercompany accounting, and cash forecasting.
Due Diligence for Acquisitions: Participate in acquisition due diligence, including preparing closing statements for acquisitions and sales.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required)
3+ years of real estate accounting experience
Proficiency in fair value GAAP and tax accounting
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
