Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage all aspects of fund accounting, including financial statements, valuations, and capital calls.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining rigorous financial controls.
Investor Relations: Prepare quarterly investor reports and communicate with stakeholders regarding fund performance and key metrics.
Audit & Tax Oversight: Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate seamless year-end audits and tax reporting.
Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting processes and systems, ensuring efficient and accurate reporting.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus)
5+ years of fund accounting experience, ideally within private equity or alternative investments
Strong Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficiency in GAAP accounting and advanced Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders
