Responsibilities of the *****
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain records according to generally accepted accounting principles.
Review all vendor and independent contractor invoices for proper documentation, coding, and approvals.
Record of all vendor invoices and all cash receipts into the accounting system, and file copies of cash receipts.
Maintain W-9 documentation for all vendors.
Prepare 1099 forms at year-end.
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly.
Process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll.
Assist Controller with basic reconciliations.
Assist with grant tracking.
Assist with gathering information and supporting documentation requested during annual financial statement audits
Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
Additional ad hoc projects
Background expected of the *****
Bachelors degree or experience equivalent
Prior experience within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll preferred
Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Salary ***** $60,000 - $70,000#INNOV2024
