Are you a seasoned leader with a track record of guiding teams to success? Are you adept at navigating the ins and outs of warehouse operations?
As a Lead, Operations Compliance, you'll be responsible for activities within the operations group pertaining to Compliance and EHS standards. Day to day tasks would vary but would include resolving any compliance issues, ensuring all checklists and inspections are completed, universal waste is properly handled, building equipment is properly maintained and operated, proper safety and compliance standards are being followed, and other tasks as assigned by management are carried out. This role would be a hybrid role in which the
individual would still contribute to operations in various departments as needed.

Responsibilities
Partner with and act as a liaison between the Operations and the Compliance
organizations
Provide employee onboarding and training on Compliance and EHS policies, practices, and procedures
Track, respond to, and resolve compliance issues
Maintain records and documentation of compliance and EHS activities
Assist with ensuring the facility is compliant with all regulations as per various certification requirements
Manage and ensure facility and equipment maintenance is up to date
Act as a representative for inspections and for visitors
Create and collaborate on training content
Ensure safety at all times
Ensure security and customer brand protection at all times
Education and Qualifications
An understanding of Operations and WITS
Ability to work in a cross-collaborative environment
Self-starter and independent
English, reading, writing, and communication skills
High School or equivalent degree
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
