The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying a target market for new business, developing and establishing a book of new business from those relationships, and engaging in the negotiation, underwriting, and coordination of the closing of major and complex corporate banking loans. This role requires a professional who can compile and analyze market research data to make informed product and service recommendations, as well as engage in business development activities to solicit new business. The Commercial Banker will also be responsible for maintaining a customer database, representing the bank in various functions to enhance its image, and staying abreast of financial industry trends. Applicants for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a business or financial industry-related field and at least 12 years' of experience in Asset Based Lending. The role demands a candidate with a superior knowledge of financial industry status and trends, as well as extensive experience in relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills, along with intermediate skills in word processing and spreadsheet software.
