Position Summary
The Senior Web Producer will oversee complex web production projects and manage digital teams to ensure successful delivery of online content and features. This role requires strategic planning, a strong technical foundation, and an ability to handle multiple projects across departments. The Senior Web Producer is responsible for aligning web initiatives with organizational goals, driving innovation, and enhancing the digital experience for users.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of web production, including content management, website updates, and feature implementations.
Develop a media strategy for advanced use cases, including graphics, images, photography, and video content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute web strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Conduct regular audits to ensure web content complies with SEO, accessibility, and performance standards.
Monitor and analyze web performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web production, digital marketing, communications or related field
Experience
Equivalent practical experience in managing web production projects, digital content, or UX/UI design may substitute for a formal degree.
5+ years of experience in web production, project management, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing large-scale websites or complex web projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced knowledge of CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Proficiency in photography and video tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, and XD.
Strong expertise in web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands effectively.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Position requires working in an office environment with minimal physical discomforts, such as dust, dirt, or noise.
A hybrid work arrangement is possible, with occasional off-hours and weekend work for go-lives, testing, and emergencies.
Light travel between office locations, primarily within NYC, is required, along with some travel to Ithaca, Doha, and other partner locations.
Occasional interactions with clinical staff in typical patient care areas may be required, though direct patient exposure is not expected.
