The Role: As an Account Creation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to aid Direct to Home Sales representatives during the customer onboarding process. You will communicate via calls/emails as the rep has questions during the process, experiences error(s), or needs assistance with updating information. A background check will be conducted upon consideration for hire.

Starting pay: $17.75/hr + $1 for Spanish speaking agents

Training start date: February 10th

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Answer calls/emails from internal Vivint employees

Troubleshoot sales tools/apps (No experience needed with tools prior to training)

Answer questions regarding standard sales processes at Vivint

Help to promote a trusted partnership with the sales force and advocate for them and the customer when necessary

Required Skills:

Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)

Friendly disposition – White glove customer service

Excellent problem-solving skills to determine the best plan of action

Must be able to multi-task while using different internal programs

Ability to adapt to system/process changes quickly while retaining new information

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc.)

Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not necessarily required .

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to pass a background check

Be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm

Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month

If already a Vivint employee, currently meeting all department performance expectations. Cannot be on any form of a final write up (behavioral, attendance, etc.)

Been in current position minimum of 90 days.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
