Job Summary:
The Content Designer and Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing to produce a wide range of creative content that supports both internal and external communications for PAC. This full-time, in-office position will involve designing and managing high-quality digital and print materials for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches. The role requires balancing in-house design tasks with coordinating external designers when needed. We are looking for a highly motivated individual contributor who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates a growth mindset, and seeks to make a significant impact on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, flyers, email templates, and graphics for digital platforms. Collaborate across departments to deliver content that aligns with campaign goals, product launches, and brand standards. Manage content creation for multimedia projects such as podcasts, videos, and animations, including providing direction to external designers. Ensure all creative output adheres to PAC's visual identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms. Stay current with design trends and emerging tools to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of produced materials. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to drive marketing strategy. Assist with photography and video production for marketing and communications purposes as needed.
Qualifications Required for Success:
Content Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in designing for digital platforms such as emails, websites, and social media. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong copywriting skills to complement design initiatives. Experience coordinating with other designers and vendors.
