In-House Graphic Designer

Reports to: Marketing Director FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Marketing About the Company

The In-House Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative, high-quality visual content to support retail marketing initiatives. This individual will design across a variety of mediums, including but not limited to: circular ads, in-store signage, campaign materials, social media graphics, print assets, video, and program launches. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, merchandising team, and other stakeholders to execute cohesive campaigns that resonate with our bilingual (Spanish and English) customer base and reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities: Retail Marketing Design: Create in-store signage, banners, posters, and other print materials to enhance the shopping experience and communicate promotional offers. • Circular Ads: Design weekly or monthly promotional ads, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. • Campaign Development: Design assets for seasonal campaigns, new program launches, and store events across print, digital, and social media platforms. • Social Media Assets: Develop eye-catching graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness. • Print Collateral: Design flyers, brochures, and other materials to support the marketing and merchandising teams. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity, maintaining consistency across all customer touchpoints. • Collaboration: Work with the Director of Marketing and merchandising team to understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. • Bilingual Design: Create designs that resonate with both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking audiences, incorporating culturally relevant elements. • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
