Summary:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer with light copywriting duties to join our growing marketing team. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director and sales teams, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand materials while fostering creativity and innovation. This role will be pivotal in shaping a cohesive visual identity across multiple sales teams and field offices and ensuring high-quality design solutions that align with our brand strategy and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation and Asset Management:
Create high-quality visual designs for a range of projects, including print and digital materials, branding, email campaigns, and social media content. Update existing collateral to conform with recent brand refresh. Create a system to track evergreen and campaign collateral. Copywriting:
Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, and website content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences. Quality Assurance:
Review and edit copy for grammar, clarity, and adherence to brand voice before final production. Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards. Template Development:
Design and implement standardized templates for various marketing materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to use. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective template designs that meet brand guidelines. Training and Support:
Develop training materials and workshops to educate internal stakeholders on how to effectively use templates, where applicable. Provide ongoing support to team members and internal stakeholders in utilizing design tools and templates. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Benefits:
