About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Control Management Specialist within Technology Evidence Based Control Evaluation.

In this role, you will:

Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating current and emerging technology risk exposures within Control Management functional area

Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, technology processes, and technology controls

Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of technology control downgrade decisions to the relevant technology functional area

Collaborate with relevant business group on the areas of Cloud, Information security, IAM to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge across enterprise risk management framework, including new business initiatives, risk identification, issues and escalations management, risk measurement and risk acceptance.

Strong reporting and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong sense of urgency/results oriented.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal); ability to concisely articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to Senior Executives.

Direct and proven experience developing and implementing solutions for Control Management Activities inclusive of, but not limited to, RCSA, Issue Management, and Global Delivery Activities

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$63,600.00 - $135,700.00
