Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Urology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our esteemed team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to both inpatient and outpatient pediatric urology populations, contributing to the health and well-being of our young patients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric patients with urological conditions. Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment strategies. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding urological health. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed.
Qualifications: Current NP license and certification in Pediatric Acute Care Nursing. Previous experience in pediatric urology or a related field is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
