Data Entry Specialist
to join our team and help support our web-based
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) software . Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist: Input, update, and maintain various types of data within our EHS system, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Regularly review data for errors or discrepancies, working closely with our internal teams to resolve any issues. Follow established data handling standards to guarantee data integrity and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and EHS compliance, to ensure smooth system operation and optimal use. Assist in testing new features and updates, providing valuable feedback to improve the software experience. Generate and analyze reports to support regulatory compliance and enhance system performance.
Qualifications of the Data Entry Specialist: Proven experience in data entry or a related role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues. Experience working with web-based applications and custom software platforms. Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) concepts is a plus, but not required. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks. A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
