We're looking for a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help support our web-based Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) software.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist:

• Input, update, and maintain various types of data within our EHS system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Regularly review data for errors or discrepancies, working closely with our internal teams to resolve any issues.
• Follow established data handling standards to guarantee data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and EHS compliance, to ensure smooth system operation and optimal use.
• Assist in testing new features and updates, providing valuable feedback to improve the software experience.
• Generate and analyze reports to support regulatory compliance and enhance system performance.

Qualifications of the Data Entry Specialist:

• Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Experience working with web-based applications and custom software platforms.
• Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) concepts is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
