Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES#Ll-Hybrid
Project based Team leader Working knowledge of solutions and standards to maintain, support and manage business problems Analysis and translation of business requirements into functional processes or solutions that meet business needs Create functional designs, combining business needs and system design/functionality Develop and perform quality test processes, specifications and requirements for engineers to follow Develop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for the customer Risk mitigation planning Conduct system reviews, producing reports reflecting efficiencies and deficiencies Act as liaison between the Product Manager and the team engineers Manage work flow for the team engineers Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or related field or combination of work experience preferred 2+ years' experience in IT or banking, within departments focused on deposits and within branches
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION
Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. There is an on-call schedule rotation in place for after hours support.
Minimal travel is expected.
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
