Description

Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote. *This role is not eligible for sponsorship* RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid Collaborate with business partners to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools. Document and map business processes, gathering detailed requirements for RPA implementation. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks across different departments. Create scalable RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Nintex, or others. Ensure that RPA solutions meet business requirements, technical specifications, and adhere to best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of RPA tools with existing systems and infrastructure. Monitor the performance of deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed. Conduct regular reviews of automation processes to ensure they continue to meet business needs and remain effective. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing RPA solutions, including software updates and bug fixes. Monitoring the performance the teams daily work to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA projects, including process maps, solution designs, and technical specifications. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or related field or combination of work experience preferred 2+ years' hands on experience with RPA platforms.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. There is an on-call schedule rotation in place for after hours support. Minimal travel is expected. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
