Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end operational and transformational projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress.
Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
Lead and facilitate change management efforts by ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, informed, and supported throughout the transformation process.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to projects and progress.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of of Project Management, Operations or Lean experience
Desired Characteristics
Master's degree or PMP Certification
At least 10 years of Project Management, Operations or Lean experience
Proven experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
