We're looking for an experience Rail Design "Project Manager" to join our dynamic team and take charge of multidisciplinary transit design and engineering projects. What You'll Do: Lead the design process for design-build projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate quality standards.
Oversee and manage project teams, including subconsultants, throughout all project phases.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Participate in business development efforts by supporting marketing strategies and identifying new opportunities.
Prepare and present technical proposals, including alternative concepts and solutions.
Serve as the key point of contact for project communications, coordination, and problem-solving.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and other project stakeholders.
Play a pivotal role in shaping and driving project success, from initial planning to final close-out.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture required.
State of Pennsylvania P.E. license or R.A. required.
A minimum of 10+ years' experience in engineering design management for civil rail and transit or transportation structures projects.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful multidisciplinary design projects.
Strong relationship management skills.
Knowledge of CPM scheduling, earned value analysis, and risk management strategies.
Experience with design contract commercial/legal terms and conditions.
Ability to co-locate in a project office within the State when required.
DBIA and/or PMP certifications (preferred but not required).
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve challenging problems.
