Job Summary Are you an experienced Bridge Project Manager with a passion for rail and transit infrastructure? TYLin, a globally recognized leader in engineering and infrastructure consulting, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Chicago Bridge Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to the forefront, working on both conventional and alternative delivery projects that shape the future of transportation. Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You'll Do: Lead and manage rail and transit projects from proposal to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate closely with our Rail and Transit Sector, providing technical leadership in the planning, design, and construction management of significant transportation projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and contributing to the growth of our transportation portfolio.
Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's preferred) from an EAC/ABET-accredited program.
An Illinois SE license is required.
At least 10 years of structural design experience in bridges, with a minimum of 2 years in Rail + Transit related structures.
Proven project management experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects and developing strong client relationships.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to innovation and integrity.
