Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $34.00 - $48.00 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Director of Staff Development, RN position will be an expert at delivering variety of training and education to ensure staff compliance and development at our Martin Luther Care Center. This Education position will have the ability and knowledge that assists staff to work at their highest level of licensure with confident to provide quality, safety and accurate techniques to residents served.

This director position includes:

80 hours every two weeks

Day shift

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Consults within and among departments as needed and within confines of position

Coordinates training programs for the facility

Supports cross continuum of quality efforts through organizational development

Maintain pertinent data around staff immunization tracking

Participates in the Safety Committee

Demonstrates dedication to employee engagement

Participate in on-call rotation(s), per facility policy

Required:

Current MN RN license or by start date

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

ANACC Certification in Gerontology

Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
