Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 4+ of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred). You will really stand out if you: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore and other management tool Managed projects from ground up to completion on project values $40M - $60M Must have experience building in or around the Seattle area Communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Certain positions and locations require Covid-19 vaccination, subject to reasonable accommodations for valid medical or sincerely held religious reasons. Compensation: The base pay is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
