Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will plan, coordinate, and provide guidance and support to supervisors based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation, and technical evaluations. You will conduct studies of the Supply Departments programs and process and provide recommendations for improvement. You will analyze data pertaining to workload, manpower, material data, and budgets to identify discrepancies and recommend improvement. You will develop measurement models for the continuous assessment of productivity, processes, and trends. You will You will study work requirements by setting deadlines, sequence of operations and standards of quality and quantity and work methods. You will utilize Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) to write reports, draft briefings, and create charts or graphs for written and/or oral presentations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications FOR GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of supply program operations (e.g., supply processes, work methods, supply data management, or day-to-day operational processes) in meeting established goals and objectives and developing metrics for the measurement and improvement of organizational performance. FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of supply processes and work methods in meeting established goals and objectives and to provide input for developing metrics for the measurement and improvement of organizational performance.
