Position Summary This position will work within the Marketing Department to promote Blue Arena and The Ranch Event Complex while creating and maintaining relationships with media and promotional partners. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in social media, advertising, promotions, and grassroots efforts for Blue Arena and The Ranch Event Complex. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist and support the marketing efforts for other departments such as Partnerships, Premium Seating, and Group Sales.
This role will pay an Hourly wage of $21.00 to $23.00.

This position will remain open until Dec 31, 2024.
About the Venue Blue Arena at The Ranch Events Complex, located in Loveland, Colorado, is a 6,800 seat multi-purpose venue, which opened in September 2003, and is home to the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League. This multi-purpose facility can host concert settings in various capacities, hockey, basketball, indoor football, family shows, rodeos, trade shows and flexible configurations to accommodate any event. Blue Arena, which is less than an hour drive from Denver and Cheyenne, Wyoming, has become the focal point for sports and entertainment in Northern Colorado.
Responsibilities
Assist in communication and support efforts for other departments such as Premium Seating, Ad Sales and Group Sales etc.
Provide marketing support for concerts, family shows, sporting events, tenants and other miscellaneous events.
Act as website administrator, keeping the site current and accurate.
Assist marketing team with on-site marketing efforts for events.
Assist with event marketing efforts and initiatives including but not limited to marketing material (admats, digital assets, etc.) distribution, PR and media needs, and ticketing promotions.
Create content and build social media followings on Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram and LinkedIn for Blue Arena and The Ranch Event Complex.
Assist in email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, presales, database communication and database maintenance.
Participate in the development and implementation of annual marketing goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Sports/ Entertainment Management
Minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience preferred with increased responsibilities
Prior Sports and Entertainment Industry experience preferred
Proficient in Photoshop, Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Applications, and all social media platforms
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal skills; knowledge of Associated Press Writing Style
Experience in digital/traditional marketing, social media preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic
Creative and proactive problem solver
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and select holidays
