Our client, located in Nashville, TN is looking for a temp to hire HR Admin to join their team.
This temp-to-hire role offers the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate and is a fully on-site schedule.
You'll play a crucial role in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly into the company. With over 20 new hires per week, your focus will be on administrative support for the onboarding process, including processing background checks, drug screens, and managing various tech systems.
Duties:
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate and manage the administrative tasks for new hires, including:
- Processing background checks and drug screens
- Organizing and distributing onboarding paperwork
- Sharing and managing login information for company systems and software
- HR Administrative Tasks: Provide support in other areas of HR as needed, including assisting with low-level benefits administration and open enrollment (for HR Generalist role).

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- HR experience is a plus but not requiredTop of Form.
