Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and enhance current manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Lead projects for new products and technologies, managing costs and vendor relationships
- Engage in fixture and tool design, along with some process engineering responsibilities
- Document and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and cycle times
- Meet performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity
- Address challenges related to people, processes, and equipment with strong problem-solving skills
- Gather and analyze factory data to identify areas for process improvement
- Develop financial justifications for equipment and process changes
- Foster relationships with customers and vendors

Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes and related technical applications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong practical understanding of LEAN/Continuous Improvement
Job Offer
- Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on level of experience
